Further, although my business was specifically with the service department, Michael was willing to assist in any way he could. He really understands how to take care of his customers by taking that "one more step." He is one of the most professional personnel I have ever met working in this industry, and his welcoming hospitality is never disappointing. Michael and his associates have a special way of making their customers feel like a family, and I highly recommend their service. More
The service center at this dealership is honestly the best with which I have ever dealt. They are so accomidating and helpful in every way. I dealt directly with Adam (Steve was the tech.) on an issue with my Cayman S. For some reason, after I purchased it, there seemed to be a drop in power. My friends thought I was nuts, but when I brought to Adam, he and his techs stopped at nothing to find the issue. And guess what? They figured it out! I have to tell you, if more dealers provided the quality of service that this place does, we would all be thrilled to take our cars in just for the overall pleasant experience! Forget all the other Porsche/BMW dealerships on the Boston area. Just save yourself the headache and bring your car here...to Adam! More

He totally got the game-Made sure he understood exactly what I wanted, pointed out a couple things I hadn't even noticed and got the job done quickly and perfectly without gouging me on price. He was a pleasure to deal with and a big upgrade from the guy before him. He really adds to the dealership. More

I bought my Porsche Cayman from Michael in March. He and his sales staff have been accessible, attentive, and helpful. On Saturday, August 7, my dash display indicated that I had a flat tire. Although I had the Porsche Roadside Service card, I called Michael to ask for specific guidance, since there is no spare tire. He made the transaction very easy and customer friendly as he always does. Instead of giving me advice, he told me he'd contact the Roadside Assistance people and take care of the tow. The car was in the shop in 2 hours and on Monday, I was shown why the tire was flat and the new tire was on the car, the car cleaned inside and out and then delivered to my husband's office, so he could drive it home. I cannot imagine how this interaction could have been improved. The entire experience was far more than I could or did expect and this is what Michael has delivered since I purchased the Cayman. I live an hour from Herb Chambers Boston, but wouldn't buy a car anywhere else, though there are closer dealers. More
I am a returning new car Porsche customer and deal with Michael Fernandes not only for sales but also for service. After wintering in VT, my new Carrera was having electric system issues when I first star Michael Fernandes not only for sales but also for service. After wintering in VT, my new Carrera was having electric system issues when I first started it to drive back to Boston. Mike got Porsche roadside assistance to VT and they loaded the car onto a flatbed to bring it back to Herb Chambers' service department. Within 24 hours the car was brought back to Boston, the problem diagnosed (a little mouse), fixed, and the car was brought to my home in Boston. A very good outcome, and the type of service I have come to rely on with this dealership. More
