Always an enjoyable experience! I work from home, so it is great to be able to schedule an appointment during the day and not interrupt my work scheduled-- they have a great waiting I work from home, so it is great to be able to schedule an appointment during the day and not interrupt my work scheduled-- they have a great waiting room area, and even have cubicles to work in, with free wireless. I am able to set up my laptop and get work done as my car is being worked on. Also, I just recently got a puppy and was able to bring him in as well while I waited. The staff was great about him and very welcoming. They offered him treats (Kevin Bugbee) and no one had an issue with him laying on the floor with his toys. Also, the staff is always so nice! More

Scheduling of the appointment was very easy and didn't have to wait long for availability. Was met by very friendly valet staff on arrival and Davit (service advisor) was waiting for me and was pleasantly surprised when he remembered me from the time I purchased the vehicle (months ago). I waited for my car and Davit stopped by a couple of times to update me on the progress. The waiting area is pretty comfortable and clean. I also was able to check out the new Porsche Turbo S that recently arrived and was in the show room. While looking around, Ian Miller, the new GM, stopped by to say hello. Ian and Melissa next door at HC BMW are the only two dealers that I have ever experienced having the GM take a personal interest in their customers. My vehicle was finished and returned to me, the check out process was very convenient and within a few minutes I was back on my way. Really appreciate the personalized attention they give you when you arrive for something as simple a routine service appointment. Thanks, Michael Stephenson More
My 2009 Porsche Cayenne was showing the Check Engine light on the instrument panel. It would appear and then not appear over a period of about six ( 6) weeks this past winter. I called Davit Petrosya light on the instrument panel. It would appear and then not appear over a period of about six ( 6) weeks this past winter. I called Davit Petrosyan, the Assistant Service Manager, with whom I had the pleasure of dealing with in the past, and he wasted no time in scheduling a visit for me to bring the the car in and have Jim, one of the techinicians work on the vehicle to try to address the reason for the Check Engine light. Davit, in order to try to save me money, tried to address the issue by having the purge valve and sensor replaced and the fuel injection system cleaned. Unfortunately, the Check Engine light came back on. During this service, Davit provided me with a loaner Porsche at no charge. Because the Check Engine light returned, Davit had me bring the vehicle back, and Jim, the technician who had been working on the vehicle, determined that I needed a new high pressure fuel pump after testing my vehicle with a high pressure fuel pump from another Cayenne. Again, Davit provided me with another loaner vehicle at no charge. Davit not only has the best interests of the company as a priority but also the best interest of a customer who has had a five year plus relationship with this dealership. Davit Petrosyan and the technicians, Jim and Mika, are the reasons why I have used this dealership for service and maintenance. From walking in to Beth's friendly smile, to Davit and Joe's helpful attention to whatever I need, I was at ease knowing my ne entire team was great! My battery died on my Porsche over the winter after charging it in the spring , I took it out for the first ride and the radio did not work all it said was CODE. I called herbchambers Porsche and talked to Raymond or Ramon in service. He walked me through the process of retrieving my radio serial number. 5 minutes later he had a code number for me and my radio was back in action. Couldn't b happier thanks for all the help! This was all done over the phone by the way. More
