I bought my Porsche Cayman from Michael in March. He and his sales staff have been accessible, attentive, and helpful. On Saturday, August 7, my dash display indicated that I had a flat tire. Although I had the Porsche Roadside Service card, I called Michael to ask for specific guidance, since there is no spare tire. He made the transaction very easy and customer friendly as he always does. Instead of giving me advice, he told me he'd contact the Roadside Assistance people and take care of the tow. The car was in the shop in 2 hours and on Monday, I was shown why the tire was flat and the new tire was on the car, the car cleaned inside and out and then delivered to my husband's office, so he could drive it home. I cannot imagine how this interaction could have been improved. The entire experience was far more than I could or did expect and this is what Michael has delivered since I purchased the Cayman. I live an hour from Herb Chambers Boston, but wouldn't buy a car anywhere else, though there are closer dealers. More

I have recently bought a Porsche Carrera S from Herb Chambers in Boston. I am from Pennsylvania and since Herb Chambers Porsche is located near the airport it is very convienent for out of state buyers. I negotiated with the Michael Fernandes (General sales manager and very nice person) on the phone the price for the car that I found on the website. After we agreed I got the sales agreement by fax and sent it back with signature. Then I booked my flight to Boston and was picked up at the airport and brought to the dealership (only 10 min away). The car was exactly in that condition that I expected it to be. Since I did not decide to drive the new car back (I preferred the car to be shipped. They will arrange for the shipping) I had some hours left before my return flight and they drove me with a Porsche Cabrio through Boston and I could do some sightseeing. I decided to let Herb Chambers do the registration of the car in my state. They work with a title agent from PA who did the work. Overall the experience was very good. I got a very good deal on a new Porsche that I could not get from the local dealer. The whole process of buying was smooth and without problems. I definitely recommend Herb Chambers to everyone who is interested in a Porsche and wants to have a great deal and service. More
