Yana was extremely personable, kind, and most importantly thoroughly knowledgable about the specifications of the vehicle I was interested in (Macan). It is October already and during this period the sales rep has failed to reply to my emails regarding questions of delivery or payment in a timely manner. I had to call herbs chamber and talk to the sales manager for information on insurance payment and various information I need to purchase a vehicle. Even after his alleged vacation was over I did not hear from him in my emails. I had to send multiple updates to get a brief answer that doesn’t answer any of my questions. More
