I had a very straightforward and easy experience working with the dealership, which accommodated the needs I brought to the transaction (a Porsche lease with 7 months remaining) directly, respectfully and f with the dealership, which accommodated the needs I brought to the transaction (a Porsche lease with 7 months remaining) directly, respectfully and fairly. I particularly appreciated the diversity of the staff and management that I dealt with notwithstanding my status as a privileged white male. I was promptly shuffled out of your dealership today, with the “do you have Today”. This should probably be reviewed if this is not the case. I was promptly shuffled out of your dealership today, with the “do you have an appointment, you need to make one if you want to be here bit”. (showroom was empty, literally not a soul in sight) Not a good look. Should customers put money in escrow beforehand so you know we mean business? Is there a secret handshake? Is there a certain dress attire? I wasn’t looking to joy ride. I wasn’t taking the attention away from a potential sale. I was simply browsing and was told to pretty much leave. Sad.
