Horrible sales personnel. They (more than one) do not return phone calls or emails, even when in the process of finalizing a new car order. They are very hard to contact, as if they don't care about your return phone calls or emails, even when in the process of finalizing a new car order. The dealership was great and Chris was perfect. The experience with Porche overall has been good but not perfect. New cars have delays without a clear visibility/tracking on delivery dates (which creat experience with Porche overall has been good but not perfect. New cars have delays without a clear visibility/tracking on delivery dates (which creates additional costs as rental cars are not available) and Porche leasing is just another mechanic bank with no added value. Very little discounts or perks available compared to MSRP available, probably due to the shortage of cars and high demand. Car came with summer tires while we need winter tires. Small details which are not critical but you would expect perfections from a Premium brand. I just had the car for 2 days but it looks awesome. More
