I had an overall excellent experience with Jarob at Herb Chambers Maserati in Wayland. Jarob approached my friend and I when we walked into the dealership and was professional, genuine, and very easy to ge Chambers Maserati in Wayland. He was not at all pushy and did a great job explaining what made the Ghibli SQ4 so nice. After my first visit there (at which we didn't even discuss numbers and I was given a great test drive), Jarob was very easy to get a hold of and was responsive to all my my questions through email. Ultimately, Jarob got me a great deal on the car and was a pleasure to deal with. This was definitely my best car-buying experience to date and I highly recommend Jarob and the dealership! More

My salesperson, Jarob Fetters, was excellent. He understood my needs and desires and talked me through the pros of how the Ghilbli S Q4 would fit in with all of it. He was intelligent a comparing t understood my needs and desires and talked me through the pros of how the Ghilbli S Q4 would fit in with all of it. He was intelligent a comparing the Ghibli to other cars in its class such as Mercedes, BMW, and Audi. He followed up on all the questions I posed on email after my visit and when I came back a few days later to have the license plate attached on the front, he greeted and made sure everything was taken care of. When I picked the car up he went through everything with me and explain the nuances on how to use different things. And BTW when the trade in for my Audi wasn't quite what I was hoping, he lowered the price on the Ghibli another $1000. He also sent an email to me after a couple weeks seeing how I was enjoying the ride. Very much! All and all a great and easy experience buying the car. More
