Frank Salce was knowledgeable, open, friendly and funny, and went to all lengths to match us with the right car, at the best price and in a timely fashion. It was like buying a car from a dear friend - a complete 180 degrees from our previous experiences. Even financing was quick and easy. AND, it's a really terrific car! Our experience shopping at Herb Chambers Fiat of Worcester began with an inauspicious start. In July of 2013, after renting a Fiat while on a business trip, we were surprised to have fallen in lo Worcester began with an inauspicious start. In July of 2013, after renting a Fiat while on a business trip, we were surprised to have fallen in love with the little car and three days after we got home we drove over to Herb Chambers Fiat and plunked down $100 cash for one of our very own. We wanted a 500 Sport Turbo, for it to be silver and with the upgraded sound system but sans a sunroof. What we wanted would turn out to be a very rare car and, after none could be found on the lot we decided to simply order one to be delivered fresh from the factory. We were told that it would take two months for the car to get here. During that time I took to joking that our little Topolino was incubating in a very special part of Italy called Mexico. As weeks went by, and our excitement grew, the sales manager at the time would sometimes call or email about our order but also always mention that he’d found a very similar car, nearby, that we might be willing to bring home instead. In all the weeks while we waited it never crossed our minds that the sales manager at the time had never ordered our car. Why would it? Alas, a couple of months later, when no car appeared, we were stunned to discover that was exactly what had happened. Our car had never been ordered. Worse, as the new sales manager would explain, by then it was too late to order a 2013 and 2014’s had yet to begin production. It would be weeks before we could even begin the whole process over again. The only bright spot in all of that news was that learning that the former sales manager had been let go, so, at least we’d never have to deal with him again. Thinking back on all of that still makes us shake our heads. Enter Frank Salce. Frank Salce must be something special because he was who Herb Chambers tasked with making amends for the huge mess someone else had created. And he did. In order to quickly close a long overdue deal someone else might have simply made up some excuses and pushed us towards a car that we only mostly wanted. But not Frank. Frank made it his mission to make us happy. He would not settle for anything less. Frank was nothing less than dogged in his pursuit to make sure we ended up with exactly the car that we wanted. We are equal parts amazed and grateful. Our story could have ended very differently. We could have driven away with a sour taste in a car that we only sort of wanted. But instead – and thanks to Frank – we now own a car that we love and rave about and woe to the soul who asks us about it because we will bore them to tears telling them how much fun it is to drive. I would never hesitate to send someone over to buy a car from Frank. Herb Chambers, if you’re listening, you are lucky to have someone like Frank Salce on your staff. And Frank, good on you. I was treated extremely well by the sales team at Herb Chambers' Fiat of Worcester during my recent purchase of a 2013 Fiat 500 Abarth. I was having my 2012 Fiat 500 Sport serviced when I meet Frank while Chambers' Fiat of Worcester during my recent purchase of a 2013 Fiat 500 Abarth. I was having my 2012 Fiat 500 Sport serviced when I meet Frank while viewing the Abarth inventory. Frank was very easy going and enthusiastic about the Fiat product line - as am I, so we got along right from the start. I always wanted the Abarth but price was a issue. Once Frank mentioned the incentives on the Abarth; we started talking. We had a very pleasurable vehicle search and negotiation period. Frank worked with me as I waffled back and forth between the convertible or the hatchback and the cost. At the end of the process, I ended up with a 2013 Red Abarth hatchback equipped as I wanted and at a great price. Frank is a gentleman, a good listener and an employee the company should be very proud of. I love my Abarth! More

Being treated with respect and receiving honest, informative, knowledgeable, professional service goes a long way. Having conducted business with many dealerships, this one is the rare treasure I never anticipated finding, that I recommend all to visit. You will go and be treated like family, you will be very well cared for and appreciated, and you will receive more value than you would expect from the communications and experience; this goes for all departments in this establishment. In wanting to expand my horizons and the desire to have a vehicle with more room than the FIAT 500 Sport I love more than anything, my wish was granted when the 500 L was released. But initially I couldn't afford it on my budget. Frank put no pressure on me, but became instantly my business friend. He never forgot me and notified me if there was anything near possible within my budget. A couple months later I went in for service and stopped by to say hello to Frank and to see how everything was going. The next thing I knew, I left with a brand new 500 L that met all my expectations and was within my budget. It was magic. My sister called me and said I was rushing and that as a female, I should have a man with me to make sure I wasn't going to fall for any catches. I ignored this advice because I knew that this is the place where I will receive honesty and integrity during such a significant business transaction. My experience at this establishment has been consistently impressive and these professionals have never let me down. Working the numbers over the course of months demonstrated their true mission which is not just to make a sale and rush you out the door; no, this team works beyond their regular hours to take as long as the customer needs and to guarantee the customer is receiving whatever he or she needs. This is service catered to each individual customer; a rare jewel in this rushed environment we now live in. I will only return here for service and I will always go feeling like I am visiting familiar faces that I've grown to know and appreciate. Asking how one another's families are doing is just an example of how personal, and still highly professional, this establishment is. Please visit this location and if you are a FIAT fanatic, you will enjoy the impressive surprise within the 500 L! If you are like me and was hesitant initially about this model, take the time to see its features and you will grow to love it inside and out! More

I originally stopped by the lot only expecting to check prices on windows and learn about the buying process as I had never bought a new car before this. I never for a second felt pressured and Frank clearly knew his stuff! I explained my credit and financial situation and how I didn't think I would be able to buy right away. Frank assured me he and Jayson would do what they could, and they did! My dream car, at my dream price, and I drove it home that night! Best of all, through the whole process I felt respected and and not pressured at all about the very big decision before me. They seemed less concerned about getting my money, and very concerned with getting me exactly what I was hoping for at a price I could afford. Thank you, it was truly a perfect experience! More
I still remember the night my wife and I pulled up to the front of the dealership. There was this gentleman standing outside ready to greet us, now that was a plus.He walked over and introduce himself as Fra front of the dealership. We told Frank that we're interest in seeing the Fiat 500L. Without wasting time, he took us right over to the car, show us everything about the car from standard features to optional equip, front and rear seats details, how to use the touch screen and steering wheel function to cargo space etc. I would have to say this was the best customer service I have receive ever. Frank made it easy from picking out a car to paper work processing for us. I'm leaving the dealership with a brand new car and a very satisfied customer. Fiat has some well manner sales man to represent the company. I would deffinately recommend this dealership to people I know. The dealership was really nice, they have a nice setup and lots of vehicles. I worked with Miguel and he was very knowledgeable and extreamely friendly! I felt he got me the best price he possibly could (though I admittedly did choose the pricey Abarth addition). The car is fantastic and they made the process soo easy! When I went to pick up the car Miguel helped me with an app for my phone and set up my bluetooth, the clock and calender were also already set. The worst part of buying a car is the paperwork and they could not have made it easier!! I signed a couple of forms, got copies of everything and I was on my way! You will not regret your experience at Herb Chambers Fiat Thanks guys! More
