First thing is they need a more efficient way to communicate. After the service, I paid the bill and was waiting for my car. It took 40 minutes for my car to come to me since the guy informed someon communicate. After the service, I paid the bill and was waiting for my car. It took 40 minutes for my car to come to me since the guy informed someone on walkie-talkie. Second thing I have replaced the front tires there and I don't think they have run enough tests. The TPM malfunction warning went on on my way home. Now I have to go back again to fix that. More

The staff at Herb Chambers does a fantastic job of welcoming us on entry both receiving the car and extending courtesy at the desk.
