I have bought and sold hundreds of vehicles in my professional career and I choose to drive over an hour to have my mini serviced by Mark and his team. The online booking tool for appointments is very easy to use. The waiting area is comfortable with plenty of seating, WIFI, and complimentary beverages. The service door is difficult to find your first time to the dealership. The dealership is in a heavily congested area but the service staff seems to have a system that works. More

My intuition told me my MINI wasn't quite right though I couldn't say why. Mark kindly listened to me and agreed to get the mechanics to take a look. It turned out that I had what could have turned into a very extensive, expensive, leak in my steering column and a few other lessor problems that come with a 2002 in 2011. Mark promptly called me with the news and talked me through my options. He is always, and I mean always, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. It's funny. Mark first started in MINI sales and actually sold me my beloved MINI. I loved working with him through that process and lamented I'd not get to work with him once my MINI was bought. Lo and behold, at the time of my first scheduled service who met me at the bay--Mark! Lucky, lucky, MINI owners get to work with Mark. MINI repair last week in the hundreds, working with Mark Ravin--priceless! More

Never under delivers, always courteous and just an absolute pleasure to deal with when it comes to the hassle of keeping up with routine and the few unanticipated service visits. I hate dealing with that stuff, would rather be driving, but these guys are pros at making it not so bad. Keep up the good work and good luck hanging on to such good help. More

I bought my 1st BMW 328 CI and enjoyed it for 7 years. Then I fall in love with Mini Cooper on 2007. It such a nice super car, loved the way it handles,looks sharp and awesome turbo engine. Anyways I am sending this email to you to let you know that you are lucky to have Mark Ravin in your TEAM.... He's just very informative when it comes to servicing my car and he will take care of my car as if it his own. One word I can say to your team IMPRESSIVE customer service. Thanks guys,.. Mark Ravin took care of me again. Got my tire fixed from pot hole damage asap without notice. I called Mark on a Monday morning after hitting a pot hole and blowing out my tire. Love going there. It's a long trip for me but the quick, friendly, comprehensive service (and the free wi-fi) makes it worth the time and distance. I have been taking my mini to Herb Chambers Mini for past two years for service. I can only say that the service has been exceptional! When I had to come in for my service it was quite busy...I left my car running outside and I came into the service area....I called ahead but had no apt. My car was due for a service, and a bit more busy...I left my car running outside and I came into the service area....I called ahead but had no apt. My car was due for a service, and a bit more -that I was unaware of....Darin, immediately checked me in, and got all my info. I then was put into a rental within 15min or so....he told me he would call at the beginning of next week to tell me how my car is....and being a holiday weekend I didn't exoect to hear back till wed or so. I got a call the next day -Friday ....and he told me I needed a new clutch and all the other service was being done....and he would call sometime around wed or so....I had issues with the rental and called 1st thing Monday morning(check engine light ), Darin told me to stop in and trade out the rental for another, so I did 1st thing Tuesday morning...and was told my car wold be ready within 2hrs! When i got my car it was washed off and clean....ran AMAIZINGLY,and took only 15min again to get me out of there and I was back in my car . I was excited to get my car back, and that it took less time than expected...the best part was EVERYTHING WAS COVERED UNDR MY WARRENTY....I was extremely pleased with my service, and I always am each time I go : ) not only did they take care of my car, but made sure I was in a safe rental when I had issues with the 1st one...they didn't have to but Darin went above and and beyond ...
