My most recent experience with the Herb Chambers’s Mini-Cooper service department on Commonwealth Avenue in Brighton was as successful as my previous experiences. I arrived in a sputtering Chambers’s Mini-Cooper service department on Commonwealth Avenue in Brighton was as successful as my previous experiences. I arrived in a sputtering 2014 Countryman and was attended to right away. Mark Ravin processed the car and told me 30 minutes later what the matter was and that 2-3 hours would be needed for repairs. I took advantage of the comfortable lounge and the proximity to Clear Flour Bakery to pass the time. I purchased this car used in 2015, and it has served me very well ever since. We always go to Herb Chambers and its representative Mark Ravin when our car needs service. More

My experience was excellent from the moment I drove into the dealer at Mini of Boston. Theo greeted me and made sure that he was prepared for the service. He offered me a ride, but I did not need it. I rece the dealer at Mini of Boston. Theo greeted me and made sure that he was prepared for the service. He offered me a ride, but I did not need it. I received a text with a video of what was going to be done. They called when the car was ready. I was able to keep my car at the dealer for an extra day, since I was not able to pick it up right away. I will definitely make the trip to Boston for service going forward. More
