Marcelo was very patient and answered all my questions. We went over options based on how much I wanted to pay per month and he made some good recommendations and gave us an honest perspective on some options I was considering. There was no hard sell and I didn't feel pressured to go beyond my set budget. Additionally, I didn't feel that I ended up with less than what I wanted. On the contrary, I got so many great features and a great looking car. After going over all our options and costs, Marcelo got us a great deal on our lease! My car was ready at the time Marcelo said it would be. When I picked up my car, it was waiting for me in the parking lot. It looked great! Marcelo went over all the features of the car, helped me set up my iPhone to the car computer, and gave me some tips on how to take care of my car for optimal performance on the road. I agree with other reviewers that good sales people are hard to find, but great sales people are a endangered species! Marcelo definitely falls in the latter. Marcelo Kopper's work stood out as the most pursuasive among the many ecellent services and features I experienced at Herb Chambers. He avoided the hard sell and allowed the sale to be accomplished by the vehicle itself. His thorough knowledge of the various features, packages and prices available with the MINI hardtop, MINI convertrible, MINI Clubman, MINI Countryman, and the S series allowed me to process the many alternatives and fall in love with the vehicle I chose. Mr. Kopper exlanations and demonstrations during my test drive and when I picked up my vehicle provided me with the most complete understanding of any new car I've ever purchased. His follow up emails have been helpful and not intrusive and he accomplished all of this while maintaining a winning, engaging, patient and highly professional personality, which increased my confidence in the dealership and the vehicle. I have purchased may new cars over the years and the experience has not always been positive. My intuition told me my MINI wasn't quite right though I couldn't say why. Mark kindly listened to me and agreed to get the mechanics to take a look. It turned out that I had what could have turned into a very extensive, expensive, leak in my steering column and a few other lessor problems that come with a 2002 in 2011. Mark promptly called me with the news and talked me through my options. He is always, and I mean always, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. It's funny. Mark first started in MINI sales and actually sold me my beloved MINI. I loved working with him through that process and lamented I'd not get to work with him once my MINI was bought. Lo and behold, at the time of my first scheduled service who met me at the bay--Mark! Lucky, lucky, MINI owners get to work with Mark. MINI repair last week in the hundreds, working with Mark Ravin--priceless! More

I bought my 1st BMW 328 CI and enjoyed it for 7 years. Then I fall in love with Mini Cooper on 2007. It such a nice super car, loved the way it handles,looks sharp and awesome turbo engine.
