After having a not so great experience with my original salesperson, Jason, Marcelo took over and was GREAT. He really cared and solved my problems in a very timely fashion - he followed up quickly and was salesperson, Jason, Marcelo took over and was GREAT. My intuition told me my MINI wasn't quite right though I couldn't say why. Mark kindly listened to me and agreed to get the mechanics to take a look. Mark promptly called me with the news and talked me through my options. He is always, and I mean always, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. It's funny. Mark first started in MINI sales and actually sold me my beloved MINI. I loved working with him through that process and lamented I'd not get to work with him once my MINI was bought. Lo and behold, at the time of my first scheduled service who met me at the bay--Mark! Lucky, lucky, MINI owners get to work with Mark. MINI repair last week in the hundreds, working with Mark Ravin--priceless! More
