As soon as we walked through the door at the dealership we were treated by very friendly and respectful staff! We went with intentions to browse and although a power outage due to rain/weather we left with a deal and new owners of a used vehicle although to us new! The best part was when I received a call stating that I would not have to drive from Worcester to pick up the vehicle, the vehicle was delivered straight to my home by Florin. This was so convenient! If I can give more than 5 stars to Florin I will! He kept up with me and followed up to make sure everything was good and made sure we didn't have any concerns. I highly recommend anyone/everyone to go to this dealership and ask for Florin. More

General manager Peter Hern and the entire staff made the entire experience a pleasure, spending as much time as I needed to explain every aspect of the ordering process and about the car I was about to order. They kept me appraised of the status of my order, My salesman, Florin Burghiu was especially helpful, spending over 3 hours when I took delivery of the car explaining the functions of the new technology, endlessly patient with my many questions. He has since called to see if I have any questions. The finance staff went to great lengths in helping me understand the options available and arranging additional services to make ownership more convenient for me so that traveling the sixty-six miles from New Hampshire was well worth the trip.
