I have owned my car for 1 year. I recently brought it in for the 10k mile service. When I gave it to my service advisor he told me it would be a maximum of 90 minutes. Well, I got I recently brought it in for the 10k mile service. When I gave it to my service advisor he told me it would be a maximum of 90 minutes. Well, I got out of there 2 1/2 hours later! AND they failed to do the annual inspection. My last experience with them was similar. I was only given 1 key when I took possession of my car due to a “chip shortage “. When I came in to have the key programmed they said it would be a max of 90 minutes. I was there close to 3 hours. The first service at 5k miles was ok/uneventful. Each of my visits for service were complementary. After the complete disregard of my time and the lack of detail to attention you can be assured that I will not return for service in the future. When I was buying the car the salesman bragged about Her Chambers service. Well, I am laughing out loud! More
