Getting the best price on body work I bought a 2015 Lexus RX350 last fall and recently had a distressing collision with a telephone pole when doing a U-turn on my street. In addition, there was a significant dent in the left rear, which must have happened in a parking lot, when the car was parked, and I was shopping. Ryan worked hard on getting me the best price on fixing the damage and kept me closely informed on what would be involved in the repair, and when I could expect to get my car back. He was very respectful, courteous and concerned that I would be happy with the result. My car is now good as new and I am very happy :) More

I called at about 4:45pm when it occurred to me I had missed it. She said, no problem, we can reschedule you. She asked how far away I lived and I told her about 10 minutes and she said would you like to come in now? I was delighted and she had me in and out in an hour, not the scheduled 90minutes for oil change and tire rotation. Very, very, accomodating and with the service hours till seven it makes it convenient. More

Kim Cummings is my service manager and she has been outstanding when I bring my Lexus in for service. They take the time to explain exactly what's being done and why. I feel they have my best interests at heart. A special thanks also to Mike hourihan, who discovered a repair recommended by Sharon was wrong and figured out the correct solution and saved me money.
