I brought my vehicle to this dealership for a water leak into my car. Claudia was the first person I spoke to and told me my insurance would cover the damage so I reluctantly left my car there so the insur into my car. The aforesaid person never got back to me to find out where I stood After multiple calls and phone chase I was told that Claudia no longer worked there and was given over to another agent I had to get a rental car and left my car there to be repaired not one person including the insurance adjuster did not call or notify me about what was going on. I was without any information. Finally after numerous calls I got an answer I was without my automobile for a week and a half. They were already determining what they would do and got right at it, They determined the cause (fuel pump failure), replaced it, fixed the codes/alerts that were affected and got me on my way by 10:30 towards Woods Hole.
