Willing to work with me I inquired online about a new 2014 Lexus ES. The car was delivered to Norwell from Sharon and ready to test drive. Luke and I went on a test drive I inquired online about a new 2014 Lexus ES. The car was delivered to Norwell from Sharon and ready to test drive. After agreeing to a deal, I talked with the Finance Dept. who got me a 1.9% rate. Again, a very pleasant experience. I picked my car up the next day. Luke even cancelled the plates on my old car. The purchase experience was very positive, no pressure, and it really felt like doing business with a bunch of guys I'd met for a long time. Funny story - I left the dealership to have an inspection done on the Benz, inadvertently without a plate. Upon arriving at the other dealer, Tarek shows up right behind me, with a plate in hand, so I wouldn't get in trouble. That's the kind of person he is. Now - what really earned them the 5th star is that 3 weeks after I took delivery, the dreaded engine check light came on. On a Benz, this is no laughing matter, as you know if you've ever owned one. By this time I had relocated to CT, 3 hours south of Norwell. I called Tarek, and he made arrangements to have my car picked up, taken to the Chambers MB shop, fixed, and then delivered back to my door in CT. That act of integrity bought them my review today, and a loyal client. More
