I went there on the lease special looking for a particular color for the GS350AWD. I spoke to Jessica on the phone and she told me she had the three colors of choice I had inquired about. I live on the other side of Boston from this dealership but decided to take a ride down. I'm so happy I did! I was introduced to John Martinelli who turned out to be the nicest guy in the world! He knows his cars and he was very helpful. I came in as a client and left as a friend! We talked for hours about not only the car I leased but family, and life in general. I actually met another client of his while waiting to pick up my vehicle whom I had the same experience with! Very friendly woman, we talked for a great length of time about our new cars. It's just a very happy dealership, although it is a long ride for me, it was definitely worth the extra mikes for the fabulous hospitality. We decided on a used RX350 and my husband showed him number of the car we saw online. Greg searched the lot until he found the car. We decided to trade-in both our cars and were given a fair price for both. Brian Connolly ?, the Sales Manager came over to speak with us to be sure we were satisfied and explained that they would Lexus Certify the vehicle. We then spoke with Beshara Gebara in the finance who exceeded the financing we would have received from our credit union. Extra bonus- free car washes! Best car buying experience ever! More
