They were very patient as we were buying multiple cars. They walked us through the process and made sure that we understood what was going on at all times. Although we already knew which cars we wanted to get, they still advised us to test drive them to ensure that we actually liked them. They worked with us to get us the best rates possible and to stay within our budget. We were able to get 4 cars from there in 3 days which is amazing considering all that has to be done to get each car ready. We had our puppy with us and the staff were so friendly to him and they had dog snacks for him. My family and I had a great experience at Lexus and I would recommend it to everyone. More

Best car/experience ever My wife and I just bought a Lexus NX200t from John Martinelli at Hingham Lexus. What a great guy, he was happy to show us several different cars/suv' My wife and I just bought a Lexus NX200t from John Martinelli at Hingham Lexus. What a great guy, he was happy to show us several different cars/suv's we drove a couple, he knew how to work all the options...also was very informative in telling me about the engineering regarding the engine and the turbo charger. We actually live very close to another Lexus dealership but had such a great experience after talking with John we decided it was worth the drive to buy it from him. I was not there when my wife picked up the car but she said John was awesome linking the phone, showing her the nav system etc...etc. And the car is beautiful, the heated AND ventilated leather is as soft as a new born babys bottom, .....but what really struck me was how quiet the interior is when driving. One of the quietest cars I have ever driven. So great experience, we are very happy More
