First he walked a few round with me through the parking lot showing me their inventory so I can have an idea of what Ill like. Then he took his time out and went over and beyond with explaining all the features and the car fax of the lsit of cars that was within my budget. Any questions and doubts I had he were able to answered them thoroughly. When I finally was able to narrow down the features that I want and need in a car, he met my demands.
