After having shopped around for cars at multiple places, I landed at Herb Chambers Hingham. It had been highly recommended to me by a family friend. Having had many subpar experiences up until this point, I halfway didn’t expect this place to be as spectacular as it was cracked up to be. But as I sit here writing this, its difficult to fully convey how great the establishment and staff are. The place itself is beautiful, well appointed with ample seating and a free! coffee/snack bar, and the staff is so attentive. I was helped by Eric Barbosa and Johnny the sales manager and though we did go through the standard negotiations, I was always made to feel that they wanted and valued my business. They were friendly and professional. It didn’t feel forced or like an ultimatum. They wanted to make a deal with me that I was happy about. I cannot say this about many of the places I’ve visited. They gained a lifelong customer and I will send everyone I know this way. Ask for Eric and Johnny when you visit. You will not be disappointed. Sam Longhitano Lexus IS350 More
