Update: general manager reached out to me instantly apologizing for my poor experience and was extremely generous offering free services for the car and free details. I was very impressed with his customer service skills and would absolutely purchase from here again thanks to Jason Herndon. So my experience here was overall ok. I came in with an appointment to look at some cars. I already knew i wanted to purchase a Lexus nx200t and had done my research on the prices so i knew they had the one i wanted for a good price. When i arrived they gave me a sales guy who i couldnt tell you his name because he was very underwhelming and didnt seem interested in selling us the car at all. Well we test drove one and came back to the dealership ten minutes later and he was with other customers so they had us wait and wait and wait. Until Eric Barbosa came over to us and asked if he could help, we told him the situation and he brought us to his desk to go over pricing etc. he was very nice and courteous and pretty straightforward which I appreciate. Then we go over to Vitor to talk financing numbers and he was by far the reason we ended up purchasing the vehicle. He was nice, he was honest and answered every single question we had with a direct answer. Then came the following days... the day i was supposed to pick up the car I received an email stating the registry couldnt find my policy. I called insurance company and she suggested we do a live three way call with dealership to straighten this out and make sure car is ready for me today. Well she calls and girl on the phone says my salesman is not in. I ask to speak to manager or anyone else because i have insurance on the line and she says manager is busy and that they can call me back. I stated that would not work because like i said insurance is on the line waiting. I have to say me and the agent waited for at least twenty minutes before the girl comes back and says they aren’t available right now and the agent speaks and says i just need the vin number so we can start the registration process and the girl says oh i can get that for you,( maybe if she had asked me before what i needed instead of brushing us off we wouldnt be in this situation) well she gives us vin number and finally Jano sales manager comes to the phone. Now the agent and her are going back and forth with trying to find what dealer sent to insurance company and what company sent to them etc. insurance was so patient and she was asking if Jano could verify that she received paperwork they were faxing to ensure car would be ready and she says “ the registration fax is on the second floor, we are not on the same floor” umm excuse me? At this point ive been on the phone for an hour so im furious and the agent says can you put us on hold to walk up there and check? She does and then everything is settled about 1 hour and half later on the phone. Overall, the experience was ok, not terrible but not good either. I personally Think they need to work on their customer service skills. The car is great and the pricing is on point but when you buy a car and the customer service isnt great it ruins the whole experience and makes you second guess purchasing from there again. Also i wasnt going to leave a review at all but since i was left two messages and called about leaving a review i figured ok since they are more concerned with that then they were with solving my issue then ill leave a real review. My sister recommended the salesman Evison Tili who had sold her her car a few weeks back. She didn’t steer me wrong. Evison was great. The car was ready to test-drive when I arrived. Evison was my salesperson and he was excellent - he answered all of my questions and provided me with the documentation I requested. He truly went above and beyond for me; he even delivered the car to my house in person after the sale went through. I highly recommend working with Evison! More
Christopher made my experience extremely easy and stress free! My fiancé and I test drove the vehicle which was prepared for our arrival. Christopher stayed in clear communication as to when the vehicle would be ready for pick up. He even helped me in advance over the phone with my insurance company documentation. On pick up day Christopher went above and beyond to ensure we were excited about our new purchase with a big res bow! Even after we brought the vehicle home he followed up to ensure we were happy with our purchase, we we most definitely are. I will highly recommend anyone I know to visit him when in the market for a vehicle! More
