Ferdy and the service team made the process seamless. I was greeted immediately and everything was explained in detail. A video explanation was sent while I waited and I enjoyed a hot drink with a snack. I was greeted immediately and everything was explained in detail. A video explanation was sent while I waited and I enjoyed a hot drink with a snack. This day was unusual because I was thinking of trading in my QX80 for a smaller QX50 for my wife. Stiwar, Ali, Max, and Mark helped make it happen. This is my fifth Infinity from this dealership and it’s always very professional and the team was very knowledgeable about the product and the process. Job well done by all. Thanks again ! More

Herb Chambers Infiniti I purchased QX30 Infiniti at Herb Chambers, along with the tire warranty. After selling the car, I was due a refund on the tire warranty. The only way to receive this refund is for th Chambers, along with the tire warranty. After selling the car, I was due a refund on the tire warranty. The only way to receive this refund is for the selling dealer to file with the warranty company. After ignoring voicemails. I finally got one response from Marc Starr at Infiniti. But but he has been ignoring my simple requests to file for my refund. If you expect any sort of customer service stay far away from Herb Chambers and this Infiniti dealership now I realize why I’ve taken my business elsewhere.
