Ferdy Franco provided excellent service for my QX50 yesterday. Ed Dougherty took care of the technical part at the highest level. I serviced several Infiniti vehicles with Ferdy over the years and he h yesterday. Ed Dougherty took care of the technical part at the highest level. I serviced several Infiniti vehicles with Ferdy over the years and he has been providing the highest levels of customer care and technical competence. This includes both routine maintenance and difficult to diagnose issues. I have been an Infiniti customer for over 20 years and and I can say that Ferdy Franco and Ed Dougherty are the best at what they do. More
I’ve been a customer of Westborough of Inifiniti for a little over a year now. I brought my car in for a regular service oil change. The minute I pull in, my service manager Ferdy Franco, is always there little over a year now. I brought my car in for a regular service oil change. The minute I pull in, my service manager Ferdy Franco, is always there to greet me with a smile on his face. As always, he politely walks me to the waiting area and offers me refreshments for while I wait. Their service department will always go through my vehicle and video record an all point inspection and send it to me for my review. If anything unexpected comes up, Ferdy will personally come and discuss with me before they continue any further with my service. In this case, thankfully, there weren’t any surprises. When my service is finished, he will personally get me and walk me back to his office where we sit and discuss the services just accomplished and will walk through any suggestions or future related services that will be needed with the estimated cost. He will also provide me with copies of the documents with the detailed services performed and any estimated work. He will explain what, why and answer any questions until he knows I am comfortable with understanding my vehicles needs. Ferdy was assigned to me when I brought in my previous vehicle from another dealership that had issues.. so he knows me and my vehicles. When work is done at this dealership, I feel confident and trust that what is being done, is being done and it reflects in the way my vehicle performs. Knowing that I can walk away from a dealership feeling safe and trusting, will keep me as a customer for as long as I have a vehicle. I am always thankful for all of their kind, knowledgeable staff. They are always all pleasant and I enjoy when I bring my vehicle in. More

The service department lost my wife’s keys, and it took them 15 minutes to find them. Your service representative had no clue who had them. Before this happened we were very happy with the service. My car would not start and I had to have AAA come to jump start it from where it was. The technician told me I might not want to shut it off again until I get somewhere for new battery. I had a situation with my engine a couple of months after I bought my Infiniti Qx60.
