I had an excellent experience getting some repair work done on my vehicle this morning. Tony Ngo was very friendly. Mr. Ngo and the repair staff went the extra mile for me -- an overworked, stressed out mother of two -- by cleaning the outside and vaccuming the inside of the car for me. Mr. Ngo also showed me how to unlock all of my doors automatically when the car is placed in park -- a very handy tool for a mom who typically has to put a million things down if I have to open the door for the kids! An excellent experience -- highly recommended. I don't go anywhere else for my service. It is transactions such as this -- quick, professional and friendly -- that keep me coming back. More

During this time I often had very good service. MY recent visit to herb Chambers Infinity of Westborough (MA), required evaluations and analysis of a number of items expected and/or anticipated on a high millage car that I intend to keep as second car and put a great number of additional miles on. My sport sedan, with all the bells and whistles runs so well, and handles so great that I will be using it for several more years. Repairs that were needed and parts that were ordered came in early the next day and the vehicle was ready sooner than I had anticipated. Both Daniel Brouillard the service consultant and Dave Barry the service manager are outstanding in their ability to provide the best service I have received during my 62 years of owning and/or driving automobiles. Even though there are other dealerships in my area that are closer I refuse to deal with the run around which I have often got at other dearlers. As a driver who has to service her car every 3 months I know that when I bring it to Westborough I am in and out with no problems or excuses. They are fast, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced.Carrie Hoffman who I often ask for when making my appointments is awesome, she always accommodates me. Upon my last visit I spoke with there GM Pranav Gill about possibly trading in my FX for the newer model.
