I bought my car about a year ago,at Herb Chambers Infiniti (westborough ma). My experience there hasn't been the best. However, I will say this: whenever I've had the pleasure of dealing with Ms Beth Infiniti (westborough ma). My experience there hasn't been the best. However, I will say this: whenever I've had the pleasure of dealing with Ms Bethany Turgeon, the service has been TOP NOTCH! Ms Turgeon is always VERY ATTENTIVE to my needs/concerns. She always goes the extra mile to provide the UPMOST customer service! Herb Chambers Infiniti of westborough should be proud of the effort this young lady puts in to represent this dealership. I had purchased the car last January 2018, and found the I thought the Service department was excellent and provided great feedback to me on my car. I had purchased the car last January 2018, and found the staff to be courteous, straight forward and reasonable. The service department, Bob Carter and Louis manager in particular, were very good in getting me into schedule time slot, and out at a reasonable time. I had routine maintenance done with advice on new battery, and steering alignment. Strongly recommend this team. Nick More

Amazing service Experaince I had a recent unfortunate incident in which I hit a large pot hole and the need to have two tires replaced in a hurry. I needed the work done right I had a recent unfortunate incident in which I hit a large pot hole and the need to have two tires replaced in a hurry. I needed the work done right away as I had a weekend family commitment. I had thankfully purchased an insurance policy for rim and tire repair/replace on my Infinity. I went directly to Herb Chambers Infinity, in Westboro after damaging my tires on a Saturday. The Insurance company (Tire & Rim Policy) was closed for the weekend. The dealership had no loaner vehicles available. The staff called around locally to purchase a rental for me, and Herb Chambers was willing to pay for the rental. NO rentals available locally at the time. The replacement tires for my Infinity were not in stock inventory, however John Catlin (Sales Manager) thought outside of the box and he & the staff were able to obtain two new tires for my vehicle. Start to finish I was in and back on the road in two short hours. The Herb Chambers Infinity dealership in Westboro, Service department (Matt), Henry, and John Catlin (General Sales Manager) were absolutely incredible in meeting All of my needs. I strongly suggest anyone looking to purchase a vehicle at Herb Chambers Infinity, in Westboro, to go visit and purchase a new or used vehicle. I have been more that impressed with the dealership management team, Sales Team. And Service Team. The Herb Chambers Brand is exactly what they present themselves as. All about the customer and ensuring you purchase a quality vehicle, providing quality service once owning, and great customer service. Never coming back here! Poor poor service. Came in for a recall service and was told that it would take an hour so I had to wait. Took 4 hours before the car was done. I had Poor poor service. Other people got a loaner because the service was going to take too long. They did not offer me a loaner. All staff was unfriendly. More

Beyond Expectations! My husband and I recently purchased a 2014 Nissan INFINITI QX60 fully loaded. My husband is obsessive compulsive with details. He is a mechanical en My husband and I recently purchased a 2014 Nissan INFINITI QX60 fully loaded. My husband is obsessive compulsive with details. He is a mechanical engineer by trade, currently working with medical products. He also grew up around and previously managed an auto mechanic shop. Anytime we make a large purchase, such as a car, he meticulously researches it until he finds exactly what he is looking for and at the price he is willing to pay. He found our car at CarMax in Westborough. A few weeks into driving our new car, I started to hear a strange, recurring noise upon acceleration. Thus, began our relationship with Herb Chambers INFINITI of Westborough. I want you to know about our experience because it was truly unexpected and astonishing! There were many things that impressed us. The car drop-off procedure was simple and fast. Everyone I came in contact with (Matt, Sam, and Ian mostly) was courteous and professional. The loaner they gave me was comparable if not better than my car as it was a brand new QX60. At one point, I had it for 3 ½ weeks. They even allowed us to use it for our vacation to New Hampshire. My car was still in the shop and we needed the space to drive with six of us plus a weeks’ worth of vacation packing. We really put that car to the test! One of the most amazing aspects of the service I experienced was that the service technician, Will, took several drives with me before, during, and after all the work was done to be sure we were hearing/not hearing the same sound. He listened patiently while I tried to explain what was going on with the car. He also took the time to explain to me what they did to the car and why. I know how busy he is there so I really appreciated his time. Initially we worked with Matt Demers for some other smaller warrantied issues. When we came back for the sound issue, we worked with Sam Young. Both of these gentlemen were exceptional. They were professional and pleasant, no matter how busy they were at the time. They had a lot of patience with my husband as there were many phone conversations about the work that needed to be done and my husband can be quite particular about things. He is not a man who is easily impressed but these two really won him over! As for the sound issue, the technician switched out every part he could that was relevant to the noise to no avail. Everything was covered under warranty. He switched out the differential twice thinking that the first one may have been damaged on delivery. Still the noise was there. At this point he could have sent us on our way or started changing parts that would cost us money, but he didn’t. We really felt like he wanted to solve this problem as much as we wanted him to solve it. The final trick that did it for us was that Sam called and said he received authorization to replace the transmission, again all under warranty. That is quite an expensive job but well worth it as that was the solution to the problem! A few days later I picked up the car and it was as good as new! Any dealership can offer coffee and pastries and free wifi while you wait, but it’s the care given, the service, and the person to person relationships, that develop the trust that keeps us coming back. This group has absolutely earned our trust. We won’t be going anywhere else to have our car serviced. And we will share our experience with everyone we can! One last note…Because of this experience, my husband, an avid Audi fan who drives an Audi A4, is looking at an INFINITI for his next car. 😊 More

THE WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE ENCOUNTERED TO DATE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I brought my car in for a squeaky belt + an inspection sticker. When I left my car was no longer safe to drive. When I didn't want to pay them, they then told me that my car was on their lift in pieces and I needed to pay them to get it back in one piece. I would avoid this dealership at all costs. More
