I had to tow my Q50 to a nearby dealer for service. Being from out of town, I used local marketing to select a sight. Herb Chambers is still marketing the Infinity location in Medford. When the towing truck from out of town, I used local marketing to select a sight. Herb Chambers is still marketing the Infinity location in Medford. When the towing truck arrived with my vehicle, the place was vacant. Contacting the dealer, I was informed that they had moved to Westborough, MA. In addition, I was quoted two different repair prices by two different service employees. It took them 3 days to replace a battery and reprogram the key, and I was charged $970 for this service, which is outrageous. More

Ferdy was knowledgeable and the care I received for my FX35 vehicle was outstanding. Ferdy did a superb job ensuring that my seat was working properly, and that my vehicle was washed and vacuumed.
