I recently purchased a new Infiniti Q50 from Infiniti of Westborough. They have the best Sales & Service Teams. I’ve been working with the service department for a while now between my older vehicle and my Westborough. They have the best Sales & Service Teams. I’ve been working with the service department for a while now between my older vehicle and my newer vehicle. I’ve been assigned to Ferdy for my service manager and he is the best! He is always super kind, he listens, most importantly takes the time to discuss my vehicle so that I can truly understand any situation and he has gone above and beyond for me. He always answers my calls or texts immediately. I am truly thankful for all of his and his teams help and recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to work with great people. More
