When we quoted you for aftermarket parts, the price was nearly identical to that of the aftermarket shop. Also, there was an issue with your rotors that caused them to wear your brake pads unevenly. Nothing you are saying in this very untimely comment was addressed with me the day I was in for service. The pads, both front and back have been measured with a calliper, and they were both at a much higher number than numbers that require replacement. I waited to hear back from you about the service dept. measurement of the used pads, you never called me back that Saturday, which was several weeks ago! Phyllis Jaillet
