Another bad experience at Herb Chambers of Auburn. Their service dept. has gone from a 10 to a 1. My daughter specifically asked if all fluids would be checked in her car today, Joshua French said yes Their service dept. has gone from a 10 to a 1. My daughter specifically asked if all fluids would be checked in her car today, Joshua French said yes. Her antifreeze is at the minimum line. Joshua said that you don’t want it higher than that when the car heats up. I don’t know if that’s correct. Wiper fluid chamber is empty. He said that should have been filled. The same thing happen to me in April. Wiper fluid empty and antifreeze level was significantly below the minimum level when I got the car home. I was told where I could buy the recommended antifreeze by the young woman who was the service advisor. The quality of their service has deteriorated significantly. Now I need a local mechanic to check if everything else was done. Avoid Herb Chamber service department at all cost! More

Alex did an outstanding job she was there for me every time I had a question she answered all my questions. She’s very knowledgeable. She’s very professional everybody else that I don’t know was the same time I had a question she answered all my questions. She’s very knowledgeable. Great customer service as far as check in and being kept up to date for service appointment. As far as the job performance, needs to be more detail oriented. I went in for a damaged tire replacement and inc up to date for service appointment. As far as the job performance, needs to be more detail oriented. I went in for a damaged tire replacement and incorrect tire was replaced while the visually damaged tire left on. Kind of like performing a surgery on the incorrect body part. If I didn’t do a walk around the car, I would have not known. Please do better for your customers! More
