Was screwed on warranty I took my 2016 Hyundai Veloster for an oil change and to check the paint coming off on the driver side bottom I was checked in and I told the service I took my 2016 Hyundai Veloster for an oil change and to check the paint coming off on the driver side bottom I was checked in and I told the service guy about the paint he went out to look at it he dismissed me like oh that's not covered it's from me getting in and out of the car then he said oh it's from road debrie and he said oh that's not covered he didn't even give me time to explain nothing the car only has 2600 miles on it I bought it in August of last year I don't drive it much so it's no way it's from me getting in and out of the car and it's not from road debrie I didn't make a seen about it I was like that's ok this will be the last time my car comes here so then I wait and wait I mean how long does it take for an oil change but that's not a big deal then they come and get me to tell me it's done I said ok so he tells me the cost and I said oh I have a coupon that I got in the mail and he got an attitude like he didn't wanna take it or deal with it so he took it the bottom line is the service department is very rude and they just dismiss your concerns they come up with excuses not to cover things that should be under warranty They will never get business from me again and I will never recommend them to anyone More

Terrible Customer Service I called to schedule my car for service. An employee gave me a specific time. I arrived at the dealership and they informed me they could not keep my I called to schedule my car for service. An employee gave me a specific time. I arrived at the dealership and they informed me they could not keep my scheduled appointment. Rescheduled my appointment for my car to be detailed the next Saturday morning. They would not give me a time frame and claimed that today they did not have valet. They expected me to wait 8 hours at the dealership. They were very unpleasant and staff not properly trained. They are inconsiderate of their customers. General manager never on site and never responded to my complaint. They never even serviced my car. More

Also thanks to my salesman Jeff Allen and Gen Mgr Devin Sullivan for their involvement. This is my third vehicle purchased here since 2010. It's worth the drive to do business here as opposed to another dealer just 2 miles away. My thanks to the dealership and Herb Chambers. More
ONCE AGAIN.. Once again...another above and beyond service visit...twice in the last week...oil change and tire rotation. Trivial you say...a simple service call? They treat your car and myself like family. Service Advisor Nichole and Tech Chris (once again) always took their time not only to explain everything but to also show you what was done. Every time a complete physical is preformed to make sure all's well. Never misled or up sells. I really look forward to the visit's. GM Deven and Sales Mgr. Matt always take the time to make you feel at home and YES...they do remember you! Herb's got a winning combination here. Oh yeah....they even wash and vac every visit. Nice. More

The starter needed to be replaced. Days later received a call from service manager informing me that work would be covered but I had the to the work done immediately. Will not reimburse unless work is done by a Hyundai dealer which was not communicated to me. Worst customer service ever. Very unhappy customer. They have lost a customer forever. Will not go back.
