I took my Santa Fe in on Thursday 12/30/21 for an oil leak spoke with Matt Duszak. He said to drop it off Monday, use the night drop, he would have it looked at Monday or Tuesday. He hadn’t call or returned a call so I went in on Thursday only to find out Matt left on Friday and had made unreal promises. I spoke with Jimmy (James Eisner) he said that Matt had over booked with unreal promises and there was no way he could get my car looked at even Friday. Jimmy said he would have it looked at the first of the week. I received a text about noon on that my car was ready to be picked up. When I arrived Jimmy told me the Technician found two gaskets on the oil filter causing the leak. The last oil change was done ELSEWHERE. They replaced the oil filter, changed the oil, confirmed the seal was working as designed PLUS washed the car. When i went to pay for all this service Jimmy said there was no charge. More

Sr service Mgr (male) was overly aggressive when I asked him to explain $150 fee to reset check engine light. Auto zone had already informed me the cause. No Diag requested at dealer, just reset. Dealership knew I wanted have light reset when I made apmt. I bought dongle myself for $40 and reset light. I don’t expect svc Mgr sets pricing - but don’t try to defend $150 fee for a 2 min task. I get all my regular maintenance done on my 2020 Kona done here. I find it very easy and convenient to make the appointments online. Today I got an oil change.
