This review is regarding the service department. I called because I needed a new tire. The service department said come right over, we’ll fix it, no appointment needed. I brought my vehicle to the dealership with a troubling noise and to their credit, the service staff stuck with it until they found it and fixed it. After an unexpected breakdown, Iffy provided great customer service. He was able to get a prompt diagnosis of the problem, get the part for my car sooner than expected, he also arranged for a driver t customer service. Iffy was the best. While driving home from Florida last weekend we developed car problems. My year old Hyundai Tuscon began slowing down on 95 and was barely moving. My daughter and I were lucky to be by a hotel exit. We pulled off and tried to contact the local Hyundai dealership for service only to be told they couldn’t see it for 7-10 weeks. We checked into the hotel and luckily found a car transporter to ship the car home. The next morning we picked up a rental car for our trip home. On Monday I went to Herb Chambers Hyundai in Auburn to discuss an appointment for my car explaining I had a Blue Link message from Hyundai stating detected engine problems and needed to be seen soon. The car was delivered to Auburn by Hyundai Roadside service. Iffy notified me the car was delivered. Wednesday afternoon following a medical appointment Iffy called to tell me the problem was fixed and the car ready for pickup.
