I was trying to locate a 2009 Hyundai Sonata for my wife. We wanted to be able to take advantage of the 3000 rebate. A dealer in Rhode Island refused to budge on the MSRP. After we lost out on the Rhode Isla We wanted to be able to take advantage of the 3000 rebate. A dealer in Rhode Island refused to budge on the MSRP. After we lost out on the Rhode Island sale, I could not find a car in the color my wife wanted. I spoke on the phone with Kara Mitchell and she checked their inventory and they did not have one either. She told me that if I wanted, she would try to locate a car for us. Ten minutes later she called me back and said that she had located a car for us. It had all the options we wanted and I was quoted an excellent price. Two days later we drove up to Auburn and test drove the car with Roberto Contreras. When we returned to the showroom, we struck up a deal on the car. Roberto was very polite and did not try to pressure us in any way on our decision. The dealership handled registering the car for us which includes a few extra steps when you purchase out of state. They did everything to make the the purchase as easy as possible for us. We appreciate that. We test drove the car in the rain. When we picked the car up, it was spotless inside and out and it had a full tank of gas. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a good deal on a Hyundai model. Thanks Kara & Roberto ! Robert Pascarelli the service manager, was fantastic. He was very accomondating. He made sure my vehicle was checked out properly, and informed me about everything they did to it, as well as ensuring me th was very accomondating.
