Tony was very friendly and appreciative of our time. In fact, he even thanked me for arriving 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. I met Tony Ngo for the first time(Oct-2013) at Herbs Chambers Honda of Westborough. He was very friendly & honest in letting me know that I don't require oil-change at this time as my oil-life was 60% a Chambers Honda of Westborough. He was very friendly & honest in letting me know that I don't require oil-change at this time as my oil-life was 60% and I should come back when it reaches 15% for my 2012 Honda CR-V. My other dearler where I bought my car informed me that I should regularly chnage my oil at every 5K, which I feel is a rip off for new cars. Also, he gave me a friendly tour of his dealership which made me feel more comfortable in working with him and to revisit this dealership for future services. More
