I met Tony Ngo for the first time(Oct-2013) at Herbs Chambers Honda of Westborough. He was very friendly & honest in letting me know that I don't require oil-change at this time as my oil-life was 60% a Chambers Honda of Westborough. My other dearler where I bought my car informed me that I should regularly chnage my oil at every 5K, which I feel is a rip off for new cars.
