I've been bringing my 2007 Accord to the Westborough Honda dealership since I moved to Worcester in 2010. On several occasions, I've had the pleasure of working with Tony Ngo as my service rep. I truly Honda dealership since I moved to Worcester in 2010. On several occasions, I've had the pleasure of working with Tony Ngo as my service rep. I truly appreciate that I have a rep who can send me multiple texts/email updates during the day! As a researcher at UMass Med, I can't always get to my phone for a conversation so I rely on the texts and emails. The drop-off service is a huge convenience as well. I DO think the dealership is pricey, however, it is convenient to where I work and I've never had any issue with any of the work or maintenance on my far over the years--including standard maintenance, changing brake pads, replacing rim and tires--nothing too major. I always come with the monthly coupons I get sent in the mail and Tony helps me to figure out the best price on everything. Overall, I trust Tony's opinion and I will continue to come here. More

I have worked with Tony a few times now and each time he has been friendly, helpful, and efficient. The first time he even went out of his way to video tape the odometer on my car as it hit 20,000 miles (l has been friendly, helpful, and efficient. The first time he even went out of his way to video tape the odometer on my car as it hit 20,000 miles (long story--but he kindly drove me to work in my car after I missed the shuttle, but it meant that I missed the mileage change!) and he later emailed it to me. Each time I work with him he carefully explains everything that will be done to my car and keeps me posted as the work is being done. I would definitely recommend working with him! More

Everyone at the service center was kind and courteous. Tony took me through the process and managed to get my service and software upgrade down in half the time he originally quoted. That being said, I loved the customer waiting area and the courtesy shuttle back home was perfect! Couldn't recommend this place (outside of the price) more. More

Tony went out of his way to be helpful. He offered me a complimentary shuttle ride home because my car was going to take so long to be fixed.
