I have 2 Hondas I purchased at this dealership and have been using them for all my service. Not the lowest price but you get what you pay for and I don’t feel guilty pocketing an extra K-cup on the way ou been using them for all my service. He is cheerful and really hustles around. He consistently takes time to explain my service options before service and what they did afterwards. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Tony Ngo at Herb Chambers Honda in Westborough, MA for a number of years now. Tony always has made sure my Honda service needs were met, but he really went above and beyond for me in August 2013 when the Radio/Cassette/6-CD unit in my 10-year-old Honda died. I called to see if the dealership could put a new unit in for me. Tony told me that they could not obtain a unit easily for a car that old and if they could it likely would be very expensive. However, he told me about a Web site that sells recycled and aftermarket parts for many types of vehicles and suggested that might be an affordable alternative for me. If I could get the unit from this online site, then the Honda service staff could install it for me, Tony said. Tony also gave me a couple of important pieces of advice about making sure I received and recorded the serial number and radio code for the unit so that it could be activated in my car once it was installed. The online site had an affordable replacement unit for my car and I received it quickly. Several days later, I handed the unit and supporting documentation over to Tony and the Honda service staff removed the old unit and installed the new one in less than an hour. Tony always does a great job. On this particular occasion, we had just completed a service and a few days later, I noticed that the dipstick had not been placed back into the transmission.
