excellent service appointment for my 2014 CRV I was completely satisfied in every way this service appointment. My service advisor, Randy Robinson was excellent. He helped me right at the beginning with using some coupons zi had for service discounts. He briefed on the services being provided and approx time frame for wait.. He conyinued to update me as to what was being done to my vehicle and what else should be done at this service and the time frame for completion. The waiting area was very relaxing, had coffee, applees, news papers large TV, etc-- all very good. Got to chat with others that were there and actually made a few new Honda friends. My CRV came back washed and vacuumed and my service advisor, Randy briefed once again and walked to the service payment area. This also was easy and smooth process. All in all I had EXCELLENT service from every aspect of my service appointment. I strongly feel that Herb Chambers dealerships are the best all around . They continue to please me from the sale to service to the trade in. Thanks, John More

very satisfied I went in for a routine 30,000 mile servicing. I made an appointment, they were right on time. They explained what they were going to do and said it I went in for a routine 30,000 mile servicing. I made an appointment, they were right on time. They explained what they were going to do and said it would take an hour. They came out to tell me that an oil sensor something was leaking and they had the part to fix it and it was covered under warranty. This took an extra half hour, but at least the problem was solved immediately. More

Battery replacement First of all, a question you asked below is flawed becuase both George in Service and Johny in Sales were equally courteous when i came in yet im only First of all, a question you asked below is flawed becuase both George in Service and Johny in Sales were equally courteous when i came in yet im only allowed to choose one or the other. After being unsatisifed with Roadside Assistance and my new car dying and needing to be towed, I was very much relieved to have George reach out first thing in the morning and assured me he was on top of it. Within hrs he called to say it was just a falty battery and your all set. Johny who sold me the vehicle also called and made sure i was alright and knew i wouldn't owe anything for the services. If I had to search for a complaint on the dealerships part I'd say there is a need for better roadside assistance company who will only broker out these moves to reputable trucking companies. Also, i think whether a customer pays for servicing or not, you should still wash every vehicle as a courtesy. Especially if the service was covered under the warranty and not optional. More
