This was the best experiance I could have hoped for. Mike, the sales manager made sure I was well taken care of and made the numbers fit with in my budget. Phil the sales person made sure the car was ready when I came to pick it up which was later that day. I am so happy I gave Honda a try and I love my new accord! The deal was fair based on what I was seeing on KBB.com and I liked the fact that there "smart-price" system made it so I didn't have to haggle. My whole family has been dealing with him for the past 14 years and we have bought or leased about 20 vehicles from him during that time. We always get fantastic service and that is why we drive from all over Massachusetts to do business with him. He always makes sure that Jim Sweeney is assigned to help us and Jim has also been wonderful to work with. I had a horrible experience being jerked around with the typical tactics of many dealers at a dealership closer to me. Unfortunately I got there and things changed quickly, the car wasn't there, but a more expensive one was. I found Sarah through my online search and though the price wasn't as low as the other place had quoted she was upfront and honest with me. I took the drive out to Westborough and was happy I did.
