I purchased my '07 Pilot at he end of the lease. due to some mis-communication on Honda's side, things were delayed. Once I let the folks at H.C. Honda know they contacted Honda and got the process rolling some mis-communication on Honda's side, things were delayed. Once I let the folks at H.C. I had been looking for the right CR-V for about four months. I wanted something with low miles and in a certain price range with leather and a sunroof. The sales person Matt told me he would keep his eyes out for me and let me know when something I was looking for came along. He was true to his word and called me every so often to see how I was doing and to let me know if something was in that I might like. Finally after coming back a few times to see a few different vehicles I found the one I fell in love with. The best part is that it had everything I wanted and it came in a little under my budget. I have been bring all of my honda to this dealer for the last few years. Every time I go it is a good experience. The last time I went I was having a issue with a noise coming from under neath the vehicle last few years. Every time I go it is a good experience. As you can imagine this scared me so I brought it in with out a appointment. They told me know to worry and brought my car right in. Turns out is was nothing serious and some snow and ice had gotten stuck in one of the wheel wells. I was in and out in less then 15 minutes. Time is a factor every time I vist and they never waste it. More

Norm is by far the best salesperson I have every worked with. I have purchased five hondas now and this was the best experiance I have had to date. I love the car and even though it is a new model I feel like the deal I got was more then fair. Also I had spoken with sarah who works in the internet department before coming in. She told me that if I gave them a chance she would make sure I had the best buying experiance I ever had. She was right! Another nice thing was after Norm made the sale he didn't forget about me and took the time to go over the nav system. I think I might have asked him the same three questions at least five times but he took his time to make sure I knew how the vehicle worked.
