Most people would have gone home for the day, but Jay went to work and waited until I got there to pick up my car which was around 8pm TALK ABOUT OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Joe was a great salesman and offered my mother a great deal for a new Honda Accord however she decided to buy her leased Accord as she only had 9,000 miles on it . This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a car. The process was quick. The end result was exactly as the sales person had presented. There was not an obnoxious amount of back and f buying a car. The process was quick. The end result was exactly as the sales person had presented. My only complaint - and it's a minor one - is that we had to wait a bit for the finance guy, because he was busy with other customers. Would definitely buy my next car from these folks. More
These place is the greatist. I had a few issues with my truck, they went the extra mile to accomidate my needs and get the job done in the time they told me it would be done. I recently brought my car in for a warranty issue. I thought that I would get a hard time by the dealer because I wasn't paying for anything, but quite the opposite. They quickly diagnosed the problem, gave n me a realistic time when it could be fixed(they had to order a new dvd player), and had my it installed and working within days.
