We came into the dealership on the last day of a sale. I was working and my wife was doing the heavy legwork with our salesmen, Jesse. He went out of his way to answer all of our questions, of which there were many. He waited patiently to see us for pickup even when we were late and all through the sales process. Everyone at this dealership was professional and courteous, despite a very busy showroom floor. We were never left by ourselves waiting for anything, and had a very pleasant experience. This is our second vehicle purchase from this dealership, and we will definitely put them at the top of our list if we choose Honda for our next vehicle. More

I had been researching a 2010 CR-V for several months. I've had 3 other Hondas and don't need to be convinced that these vehicles are the best on the market. My last Honda was a 2004 CR-V. The 2010 CR-V offered so many more features for the EX model compared to the top of the line 2004 EX. So it was a matter of finding the best price. My last Honda I purchased via e-mailing dealers and getting their bottom line price. This time I did the same thing. It didn't matter to me how far I needed to travel to get the best buy. I received several emails from many dealers that I needed to contemplate. When I received an email from Herb Chambers of Westborough, the price was fabulous. I was ready to make a purchase and drove the 10 miles down the road with my email in hand for the price they quoted. I was introduced to Jesse Summers, my salesman, and it was a smooth and easy transaction from the minute I stepped foot into the dealership. Jesse was easy-going and most accommodating. He insured that I got the best service possible, took me for a test drive, and told me about Herb Chambers Honda in Westborough's service department. He informed me that the service department is open 7 days a week and no appointment is necessary for any service. You can't beat that!! Jesse insured that I got the best sales service possible and talked me through the whole process of paperwork, etc. It couldn't have been a smoother transaction. Herb Chambers Honda and Jesse Summers come with my highest recommendation. I've already recommended them to 2 friends who are in the market for new vehicles.
