We have been looking for an suv for a long time. We were highly recommended to Westboro Honda by our neighbors. He spent a lot of time with us and answered all our questions. He was friendly and worked with us to stay within our budget. We do not think we would have bought this vehicle if it were not for Jesse. I felt like he was not just trying to make a deal, but was really listening to what we wanted and were saying. He made us feel comfortable. We do not think we have ever felt this way when buying a car. In fact, we did not even plan on buying a car that day, we were just looking. We did our financing with Josh Mono and he worked hard to keep us with the best finance rate and did not push us to get anything that we did not want. Everyone was sincerely friendly at the entire dealership as well, and seemed to be very willing to help. From the receptionist to the gentlemen who inspected and put on the sticker. He was gracious and welcoming and has been helping me with my 1993 Honda Civic for a year. His service advice has been excellent and I feel safer driving my car because I know he is looking after me. I have not only purchased a car from Norman, but referred five others who either purchased or leased from him. Norman took care of my problem after I had been back a number of times for a slow leak in one of my tires (low pressure light kept going on about every 3-4 weeks) (I think it was four visits some documented and some not). He got me into service and they FINALLY fixed the leak at dealers expense. I have brought my 2009 Honda Civic (9,100 mi)in once already because of lots of noises when driving the car. Was told I would need to leave it overnight, no loaner, and would be driven back to Worcester (10 miles each way) and picked up when car was ready and therefore no car for a few days. I have an 83 year old mother to look after so no car does not work for me. Subsequently I have been noticing lots of noise from the steering wheel and called Norman to explain my previous contact with service and that I was now quite concerned about the steering noise and difficuly turning. Norman was going on vacation but set up an appointment for 7/12/2010 and also got me a loaner so that I could get home and not be without a car while service dept. figures out what's happening with my car. Please note that I understand that not all service needs require a loaner however in this case, yes I needed alternate transportation. It is SO NICE to be able to call Norman when I can't get things worked out on my own. Norman Methe continues to be why I send friends/family to Herb Chambers of Westboro. More
