We came in "just looking" after test driving a lot of other cars. Rich Merlino was our salesman. He took us for a test drive in a 2010 and we loved it! We fell in love with the car, our trade in value was met for a price that was agreeable to us and we bought the car. It was impossible to pass up! The day we picked up the car to take it home, he spent all the time we needed to familiarize us with all the options. It is one month later and we couldn't be happier with the car and with Rich as our salesman. He is a good salesman and convinced us of a lot of good reasons to purchase this car then and there. We were able to test three different models within a short time and were better able to make our choice. Both I and my wife were able to drive each vehicle sufficiently long to assess its compatibility with our needs. The merits of each vehicle were discussed and Rich was a help in that regard as well. The financial process was quick and east and the preparation of the vehicle was expedited. Although we had to return to pick up the finished product, it was for our convenience. Before driving the vehicle away, Rich explained all of the major features of our new CRV. We traded in a 1999 Honda Accord EX purchased from Herb Chambers Boston brand new and knew that going to another Herb Chambers would be another fine experience. More

The was our first experience with Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough and an amazing experience it was. We were looking for a reasonable deal on a 2011 CR-Z and that is just what we got. We walked into this dealership with no expectation of driving out in a new car, but that is exactly what happened. I first did a little research and started using the Honda of Westborough website which was user-friendly and informative. This got me in touch with Jennifer Woerz who provided us with timely (almost immediate) answers to any questions or concerns that we had and helped guide us though the car-buying process. Jennifer arranged for an appointment for us to come into the dealership at which time she introduced us to Norm Methe. We spent the afternoon with Norm who worked very diligently and hard to come up with a deal that would be acceptable to us. From there we were introduced to Thomas Au who put the paperwork togther and explained the various service and program options and took the time to answer every question that we had. There were options that made sense for us and some that did not. There was no pressure to push us in any particular direction. From there we were introduced to our new vehicle and Norm was very knowledgeable in the way our new car differed from our old car and took the time to explain all the new features. Since we are new to hybrid vehicles, Norm explained how the driving experince may differ from what we're used to. Then we drove off in our brand new CR-Z, leaving Norm to handle all the residual paperwork (Thanks, Norm). All-in-all, this was a very good experience and this is a dealer that we would highly recommend. More
