I asked alot of questions and he never once stopped answering them or seemed irritated. He is not just a salesperson, he is a respectable trustworthy person. That is hard to find in the car business. New Years Eve Day my wife and I decided to look for a new car. I was thinking about getting a BMW even though I really like my Honda Accord. The the sales person greeted us and introduced himself, Dave Chrisler. I immediately knew he was a professional. He helped us select models etc. He brought up a car for us to try out. Then he brought up another car for comparrisons. He spent time explaining, vs trying to close. He really acted like he had our best interest at heart. It was an easy decision, I bought. My wife was surprised because she thought I wanted the BMW. The best part was when I picked up the car, the same courteous service. A lot of time explaining the options on the car and how they worked. He must of been reading my wife's mind, even though she was not there. Thank You Dave We are thinking about comming back in the spring and getting a car for my wife. More

The sales manager behaved like a bully. He was condescending and rude. The amount of money offered for my trade in changed during dealings. The only positive thing that I can say from my interactions with the sales manager was that he was so offensive, it was easy to walk out and head to another Honda dealership. More

I have purchased several cars from Herb Chambers (BMW and Mercedes) over the last 10 years. Therefore, when I was looking for a small SUV to replace a BMW X3 I contacted your Westborough dealer to inquire ( Mercedes) over the last 10 years. Therefore, when I was looking for a small SUV to replace a BMW X3 I contacted your Westborough dealer to inquire (I went to Westborough despite a closer Honda dealer in Natick because of my prior Chambers relationship). Anthony Kent was the first person I spoke with and despite my advising him that I was just starting my car search (and that my wife was almost set on a Toyota) he could not have been more professional, courteous and helpful. When I advised him that I was going to put off my search for a few weeks he asked if he could diary it and call me back and he did that on several occasions simply asking if there was anything he could do to help in my search. Ultimately, we purchased the Toyota but Anthony remained professional throughout. In fact, he was as professional, courteous and knowledgeable as the sales personnel I have dealt with at the MB and BMW dealers. Thank you for a low pressure experience. More

Like many other people I hate going through the new car buying process. I delayed as long as I could. Then I picked up the phone and called Herb Chambers Honda. I have to say, from the outset, this was an entirely different and very positive experience. First I spoke with Berthnie who quoted me an unbelievably low price, without me even having to ask for it! Unheard of! I was hesitant and thinking that when I went to pick up the car, they really wouldn't have one in stock. I arrived and Berthnie greated me with Yury Menaker. Yury was fantastic. He took care of EVERYTHING for me. I am a pretty demanding person, but I didn't need to be because Yury was one step ahead of me. Within a couple hours, he had my new car cleaned, insured and registered, and I was on my way. Now, I know they can't do things this quickly every time, but Yury and every person I met there was fantastic. I have never been more impressed with a dealership. I know it sounds corny and we hear it all the time, but Herb Chambers dealerships truly are about pleasing customers. I am definitely buying all my cars from them and recommend you do also. I'm very leery of anyone trying to sell me anything so I was especially cautious when it came to purchasing my car. Rose didn't put any pressure on me to buy, she simply provided all the information and assistance she could. When it came time to negotiate for my trade-in, she actually went to bat for me and got me way more than I thought I was going to be able to get. She really went above and beyond by making sure I knew how all the features of the car worked, and by allowing me to take the car right away. She also stayed in touch the whole week after the sale to make sure I was loving the car and everything was taken care of in terms of my satisfaction. Through working with her on this purchase, I also came in contact with several others at the dealership, all of whom were extremely helpful and friendly.
