Anthony is an excellent listener and communicator, and it was he who arranged my meeting with Mark Vincent, the Sales and Leasing Consultant at Herb Chambers Honda in Westboro. I have been so impressed with the professionalism of all the Herb Chambers personnel that I drove over 100 miles from my home in the Berkshires to purchase my car in Westboro. Mark Vincent is very customer oriented and does not employ high pressure sales tactics that "turn off" many perspective customers at other dealerships.
