Me and my father had been to a few dealerships looking to trade my car in for something more fuel efficient. We had planned on seeing what Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough had on their lot and nothing more trade my car in for something more fuel efficient. We had planned on seeing what Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough had on their lot and nothing more. That's when we met Rose. She was extremely kind and very personable. All she cared about was what we, the customers, wanted and nothing more than that. She helped us through the lot and helped me decide on which car I liked the most (more importantly which car I fit into as well). I ended up buying a leftover 2010 Civic Coupe on the showroom floor. I couldn't be happier with the car and it's gas mileage! Overall, this car buying experience was extremely no pressure and enjoyable. Herb Chambers is very lucky to have such an awesome employee! Both Mr. Kent and Mr. Lee made the shopping/buying experience a pleasure. It was my first expose to this dealership. I have purchased all my vehicles at Long Cadillac since the early eighties. I was shopping this time for my daughter and her family. I started the process on the internet and connected with Anthony. Upon arrival at the dealership that night Lee took over and it was clear he knew what he was talking about. The one negative I experienced had to do with the Sales Manager. After the purchased price and trade in value was agreed upon he tried to increase the bottom line purchase price $750.00 because I was paying cash and not using their finance company. I found that highly distasteful and if I wasn't their to buy a car for my daughter I would have left not to return. That said I cannot allow actions of the Sales Manager to impact the grading of Anthony and Lee. Both were great. More

Last but not least, Lee was my sales associate, and I have never had a more positive experience with a salesperson. Lee is the exact opposite of the sleezy, stereotypical car salesman. He was very informative and professional, answering all my questions and telling me everything I needed to know about the car, without all the wheeling and dealing from someone who only wanted to make a sale. I really felt that he had my best interests at heart. He was always available to contact if I had additional questions. I could have gone to a closer Honda dealership, but I chose to buy my car from Herb Chambers in Westborough because of the dealerships I visited, they were the most committed to customer service and making sure my needs were met. Rose made use feel at ease with her great personality and addressing any concerns we may have. Thomas Au also went the extra mile making sure we had the right finicial package and everything was set with the trade in. When there was an issue with the fog lights the problem was resolved correctly without any problems. It is great to have a dealership Dave and I can trust. More

My wife and I went to Herb Chambers to check out Honda Accords. Rose was very friendly and helpful. She answered all questions or when she couldn't got the information and got back to us. I told her my requirements for a car and three days later she me with the exact and price I was looking for. The only reasons I didn't give them 5 stars across the board is 1)I asked the driver side windshield wiper be replaced and instead of replacing it, they only put in a refill blade. The refill didn't fix the problem - which they would have seen if they tested it. And, 2) When I test drove the car I was told it had a full set of keys, but when I picked up the car it only had 1 key. To their credit, the corrected both issues after I called them a few days later. So, 4 stars for quality and 5 stars for customer service for making it right. More
