Overall a great experience with a few minor, but not unexpected, bumps during the process. Joe was exceptional and really went the extra mile when it came to taking care of us during, and even more sup unexpected, bumps during the process. Joe bent over backwards to work with my schedule and needs during delivery of the vehicle. The price was in line with other dealerships but I could only give it a rating of '4-Good' as I didn't feel it was worthy of a '5-Great' in comparison. I did fell that I received pretty good value for my money. The only caveat to this whole process was the finance department. There's something shady going on when they try to sell you an extended warranty under the premise of a falsely inflated monthly payment figure. Do your homework and have a good idea of what your monthly payment should be at varying interest rates. Needless to say I didn't opt for the extended warranty but I did receive a great interest rate. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase. More

This was by far the best and smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. I was very hesitant about going to another Herb Chambers dealership due to 2 other very poor experiences at other facilit experience I have ever had. Rich was friendly, personable and professional right from the start. He did not come off as the "typical" car salesman that most people dread which is what kept me there. If he had been like that I think I would have just turned and left. I also felt he was honest and forthcoming with me about the different vehicles I was inquiring about. When it was time for me to pick up the car, everything was ready. All I had to do was sign the papers and get the keys. No waiting and no pressure to purchase any of the "extras".
