I am from Wilbraham, MA and my husband and I had driven to NC to transfer my 2002 Honda Accord over to my son. When we returned home I knew I wanted a 2011 or 2012 Honda Accord EXL V6 in Dark Amber Metall to NC to transfer my 2002 Honda Accord over to my son. When we returned home I knew I wanted a 2011 or 2012 Honda Accord EXL V6 in Dark Amber Metallic or Basque Red Pearl and I was trying to locate one within a few days so that I could reuse my same license plate. I was online and on the phone with several dealerships in MA and one in CT over a weekend. I called Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough and Jim Sweeney was the only person I contacted who actively worked to find what I wanted. He was able to locate exactly what I wanted in Seekonk. We spoke a few times and exchanged emails on Saturday and then he called me on Sunday to confirm that I did want the car and I had to give a deposit on a credit card in order for him to transfer the car to his dealership and have it ready for me to pick up on Tuesday. Because I was trying to do everything on the phone and wasn't at the dealership where I could see the car we probably exchanged more calls and emails than we would have had I been there in person. My husband and I drove down to pick up the car on that Tuesday and everything was ready after I signed several papers and Jim had to fax my insurance company and the registry and get the inspection sticker. Jim sat with us and went thru every button and feature in the car. This is my 5th Honda and I am familiar with many of the features but there were some new ones and the placement of some had changed. We were very happy with the manor in which Jim conducted our business. I never heard from another dealer that I had contacted until after I had my new car. I received a few calls and emails asking me if they could help me. The following P.S. was copied and pasted from one of Jim's emails to me. P.S. It is my job to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase experience. I will not let you down. I couldn't have been more satisfied and he did not let me down. He has called a few times since my purchase to ask if I had any questions or issues and we kept missing each other. He was persistent until we spoke. In our opinion he is a top performer in every way. More

Tom went over the entire car before purchased and showed me all the different colors by taking me through the dealers inventory on site.
